Maxxit Systems Inc is Hiring a National Sales Manager Near Dallas, TX

  • Work closely with the Sales Director to align sales strategies with overall business goals and objectives.
  • Analyzing budgets, preparing annual budget plans, scheduling expenditures, and ensuring that the sales team meets their quotas and goals.
  • Weekly 1 to 1 meetings with each Account Manager and Independent Rep (bi-weekly) to review top opportunities, follow-up on tasks and strategize with on approaches to key opportunities.
  • Set clear sales objectives, KPIs, and performance metrics for the team, and monitor progress towards goals.
  • Ensure Account Managers are maintaining the CRM with up-to-date info and ensure Inside Sales team is keeping the Independent Rep’s opportunities up-to-date in the CRM.
  • Review and mentor Account Managers with regards to their annual sales plans. Mutually agree with annual target.
  • Review and approve/revise all large quotations to address margins and strategy.
  • Recruiting, training, scheduling, coaching, and sales teams to meet sales’ human resource objectives.
  • Maintaining relationships with important clients by making regular visits, understanding their needs, anticipating new marketing opportunities and attending important meetings with Account Managers and Independent Reps, as needed.
  • Ensures total customer satisfaction through management of the Sales team, producing timely quotes, detail oriented representation, and timely responses to customer needs and demands.
  • Staying current in the industry by attending educational opportunities, conferences, and workshops, reading publications, and maintaining personal and professional networks.
  • Monitor sales performance against targets, analyze sales data, and generate reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and market insights to the Sales Director and senior management team.
  • Utilize CRM tools and systems to manage sales activities, track customer interactions, and optimize sales processes.

Qualifications:

At least 3-5 years of B2B sales experience
Minimum 3 years of Architect Rep and/or Decorative Ceilings sales experience
The combination of both inside and outside sales experience is an asset
Industry familiarity
Valid driver’s license and own vehicle

Strong initiative and ability to work well independently as well as in a team
Personify strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work well under pressure
Able to manage multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines
