In this role you'll: 

  • Boston Office Manager (and Denver Office liaison as needed) 
    • Onsite Tuesday through Thursday and as needed. 
    • Manage day-to-day operations of a physical office space (e.g. office and kitchen supply ordering, in/outgoing mail management, visitor management)
    • Liaise with building management and facilities maintenance
    • Manage all office vendors, assigned budget, and suppliers
    • Aid in welcoming and onboarding new hires (onsite)
    • Support in on site social event planning
    • Support PX with visiting and remote employee needs
  • Administer Senior Leadership Team (SLT) Schedules and Calendars
    • Understand SLT calendars and create calendar flexibility to accommodate top priority meetings and events
    • Support SLT in scheduling internal and external meetings
    • Coordinate with external stakeholders to align their availability with that of the SLT’s calendars
    • Arrange travel accommodations for the SLT, including flights and hotels
  • Define efficiency opportunities to manage administration of all office operations
  • Contribute to Mavrck’s workplace culture and ensure the Mavrck squad has the best experience while working in the office, remotely, and traveling.

  • 1-2 years of professional experience performing administrative and organizational responsibilities
  • Ability to commute into the Boston office Tuesday through Thursday 
  • Expert level Microsoft Suite and G-Suite experience
  • Experience successfully managing and coordinating multiple calendars 
  • Strong ability to prioritize projects based on the business needs 
  • Experience maintaining senior executive confidentiality, business acumen, and professionalism
  • Scrappy, can-do approach to making things happen regardless of challenges
  • Strong relationship-building skills with internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to articulate ideas and solutions well in both verbal and written communications
  • Interested in start-up or entrepreneurship experience and a desire to wear many hats
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills
  • Detail-oriented and a strong communicator
