Our instructional approach goes beyond traditional math tutoring to develop understanding and build a love for math.

As a multi-site operator with four Mathnasium Centers in North Texas, we are seeking a Director of Operations to take on the day-to-day responsibilities associated with running these centers.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

In this role you will take on the responsibility for the financial results of the larger organization. At the highest level you are tasked with growing enrollment, while delivering unparalleled learning to our students.

Your success is largely dependent on your ability to work closely with our Center Directors and drive costs out of the business, while at the same time promoting new student additions through ongoing marketing and promotion.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Center Director experience in a child education business

• Highly proficient in math

• Passion for teaching

• Ability to communicate effectively, both oral and written

• Strong sense of urgency and a roll-up-the-sleeves demeanor

• Flexible, adaptable, team oriented with positive attitude and strong work ethic
