We are seeking aSystems Engineer for a hybrid role. The Systems Engineer will provide an ongoing program of analysis to support decisions regarding approaches to fill current and future capability gaps through risk assessments, gap analysis, and CBRN architecture development. The successful candidate will have experience in mission, capability, and requirements analysis, supporting development of DoDAF products, supporting federal programs, and interacting with abroad range of stakeholders and federal clients. Critical thinking, clear written and oral communication skills are a must. Must be a self-starter with the ability to work effectively independently and in team settings to include close collaboration with program managers and client personnel.
WORK SCHEDULE:This is a hybrid position with a minimum requirement to work onsite two days per pay period (two weeks)
SALARY RANGE: $115,000 - $125,000
