Boarhog is seeking a conscientious, energetic Systems Engineer (Senior level, Labor Code SY3) to become a "plank owner" member of a new multi-company Systems Engineering Team responsible for applying interdisciplinary engineering skills in the technical planning, systems integration, verification, and validation, cost and risk and supportability and effectiveness analyses for complex solutions or products. Analyses are performed at all levels of the total system product including concept, design, fabrication, test, installation, operation, maintenance, and disposal.

For the first three months of contract startup, estimated to commence in April 2023, (and possibly up to the first 6 months after startup), the full Systems Engineering team will initially be hosted in the Sterling VA facility, including being provided with desks, workstations, phones, SCIF space, classified and unclassified network access, clearance crossovers, etc. It is also possible that engineering positions could be hosted in the Sterling VA facility beyond the initial 6 months if desired. After the first 3 to 6 months the location requirement will be relaxed, with various locations open for consideration.
