Matchcruit is assisting a client in their search for a Network Administrator. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing and maintaining complex network infrastructures. As a Network Administrator, you will ensure the stability, security, and optimal performance of our organization's network systems. This role requires technical expertise, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
The Role:
1. Design, implement, and maintain network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and other network devices.
2. Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure maximum uptime and reliability.
3. Perform regular network security assessments and implement necessary measures to protect against potential threats.
4. Manage and support virtual private networks (VPNs), ensuring secure remote connectivity for employees and external partners.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement network policies, procedures, and best practices.
6. Evaluate and recommend network hardware and software upgrades to improve system performance and efficiency.
7. Conduct regular network audits to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
8. Provide technical support and guidance to end-users regarding network-related issues.
