Job Title: Program Coordinator

Location: Boston, MA 02116

Duration: 1 Year (Possible extension)

Job Duties:

• Provide support to client's contract lifecycle management from initiation to closure, including contract execution, amendments, and renewals.
• Work with Manager to develop and maintain contract templates, standard operating procedures, and best practices to streamline the contract management process.
• Review contract documents and ensure accuracy and compliance with Client policies, regulations, and legal requirements.
• Work closely with vendors on bid submission and completion of all required contract award documents and forms.
• Serve as point of contact for select vendors who respond to issued RFR (request for response) for goods and services, internal stakeholders and external parties regarding contract-related matters.
• Working with supervisor, managing vendor relationships, resolving issues and ensuring vendors meet contractual obligations.
• Maintain the integrity of procurement file(s) and related documents, ensuring accurate record-keeping and version control.
• Track contract milestones, deadlines and obligations to ensure timely execution and compliance.

Job Types: Contract, Temporary

Pay: $20.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
