As our Analytics Engineer, you will be acting as our “Data Prime” with our US Commercial Business Units. You will play a key role as an extension of the D&A practice in collaboration and understanding all the data needs within the Digital Performance & Analytics group. You will be responsible for data analysis, requirements gathering to deliver data solutions such as reporting, dashboards, data modelling, data profiling and supporting data engineering pipelines to enable stakeholders to make better data driven decisions.

The role:

• Champion trust-based relationships with business and IT teams, delivering value-added solutions within deadlines, support solution building by educating stakeholders on data requirements
• Subject matter expert for data domains/departments and collaborate with stakeholders to define data requirements and mappings
• Create technical specifications, develop BI deliverables, participate in solution design, and align with team standards and policies.
• Provide documentation updates, project status updates and develop training artifacts to assist with new data deliverables

What you will bring:

• 5 years' experience in using business intelligence, analytics and/or data visualization tools. 
• 5 years' experience with a SDLC framework in delivering BI solutions
• Experience with BI tools such as PowerBI, Qlik and Cognos 
• Experience developing technical specifications for Data Engineering and BI development teams 

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in information technology or a related field preferred.
