Emonics is Hiring a Data Engineer Near Moline, IL

Job Details

This position will be working as Data Engineer in Moline, IL. The client's product team is seeking individuals with production support and development experience with Informatica and Databricks who who can develop and deploy solutions in an AWS Cloud environment.

The position requires expert knowledge and hands on experience of 3-4 years minimum of production support and development experience with Informatica and Databricks. Hands on working knowledge of the following databases: SAP HANA, DB2, and Aurora Postgres is also a must.

Top Must Haves:

  • Must have production support and development experience with Informatica and Databricks [2 to 3 years]
  • Experience in developing and deploying solutions in an AWS Cloud environment.
  • Should have knowledge of the following databases: SAP HANA, DB2, and Aurora Postgres
  • Working in an Agile/Scrum team environment
  • Must be experienced in managing and optimizing enterprise level data and databases

KEY areas -- Working experience in production support & maintenance (areas to consider include how support-related issues are managed, identifying root causes, and ensuring that updates are made with high quality and sustainability)

Overall, combination of solid data engineering experience (not just beginner), good problem solver (not just "order taker), and good communication/team skills are key pieces for a fit.
