POSITION SUMMARY/OBJECTIVE:

The Finance Manager is responsible for preparing, analyzing, and reporting financial information for our Copier division. You will work with a cross functional team in planning, analyzing, forecasting, and processing monthly financial results.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

1.Lead financial analysis for Copier division including profitability trends across each business line as well as region.

2.Partner with business leaders to drive continuous improvement initiatives for KPI tracking, variance analysis, reporting accuracy and process improvement/automation.

3.Collaborate with the FP&A team to prepare Monthly, Quarterly and Annual reports as well as board decks.

4.Prepare financial modeling for various scenarios and asses their financial impact on the organization.

5.Responsible for the annual budgeting process for the Copier division; partnering with the FP&A team along with cross functional business leaders.

6.Lead and coordinate the monthly margin improvement process. This would include tracking, reporting and analyzing major business initiatives including cost reduction, process improvements, etc.

7.Provide information and perform ad-hoc analysis (i.e. Gross Margin analysis by product line and region versus prior month/year/budget/forecast/etc.) to assist senior management in decision making.

8.Serve as the financial point of contact for the Copier division.

9.Prepare financial management reports as requested.

10.Prepare monthly financial statements to a cross functional team.

11.Assist with month end and year end closing procedures and financial statement audit as necessary.

12.Responsible for the protection and confidentiality of all sensitive and confidential data.

13.Attend required company and departmental meetings.

14.Act in accordance with Marco policies and procedures as set forth in the employee handbook.

15.Perform other related duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • EDUCATION
  • Bachelor’s Degree and 4 years of experience or equivalent experience, accounting or finance degree preferred.
  • EXPERIENCE
  • Previous financial analysis experience in a large company ($250 million ) required.
  • Technology industry experience preferred.
  • Private equity experience preferred.
  • 4 years of previous accounting management experience preferred.

  • 3. Enthusiastic, dedicated to the challenge of helping other people.

  • 5. Strong ability to exercise independent judgment and discretion regarding confidential matters.
  • 6. Self-starter with the ability to perform with little or no direct supervision.
  • 7. Excellent organizational and time/task management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and work within a defined timeline and to operate with changing priorities.
  • 8. Function collaboratively as part of a fast-paced, client orientated team.
