Manhattan Specialty Care a reputable, rapidly growing multi-specialty medical practice with multiple locations that is looking for a marketing specialist to join our dynamic team. You will managing the organization's advertising and presence on major social media platforms: Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc. You will be reporting directly to the CEO/Medical Director and will have an opportunity to directly see your impact on the organization while overseeing revenue and acquisition. Marketing specialists will also serve as a Liaison/Outreach coordinator to expand and nurture current referral relationships.

The candidate should be highly motivated, and results driven.. They can work autonomously and enjoys having the responsibility and pressure of meeting performance targets. We are looking for someone who is constantly improving and staying ahead of the competition and is a team player!

Social Media

• Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and administering social media content that is designed to engage users, advertise and convert leads and create an interactive relationship between consumers and the company on Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, Instagram, Linked-In etc.

• Working with our designer to develop social media campaigns and email campaigns and promotional materials that help to achieve corporate marketing goals.

• Measure and analyze impact of social media initiatives on various KPIs, including channel growth, conversions, and impressions.

Practice Liaison/Outreach Coordinator

• The Provider Liaison/Outreach Coordinator's main responsibility is to expand our providers' network of referral sources (mainly amongst GI doctors).

• The Provider Liaison will be the face of our practice and is expected to carry themselves in such a manner in terms of appearance and etiquette

• Research potential referral sources in the area and secure introductory meetings with our providers

• Develop relationships and build connections with potential referral sources (both with the providers and their administrative staff) in person and over the phone

• Assist the practice administrator in coordinating outreach events (lunches, lectures)

• Maintain relationships with already established referral sources (i.e. following up with these sources regularly to inquire if we can do anything better, delivering business cards as needed, etc.)

Job Details

Salary: $75,000 - $90,000 a year commensurate with experience

Job Type: Full-time, on-site only

Qualifications

• Marketing Specialist will project manage all marketing initiatives both digital and in person

• Expert in social media management, advertising and content creation on Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, Instagram, etc. to engage users and enhance company presence and conversions.

• Serve as a Liaison/Outreach Coordinator to expand our providers' network of referral sources (mainly amongst GI doctors).

• Research potential referral sources in the area and secure introductory meetings with our providers

• Develop relationships and build connections with potential referral sources in person and over the phone and assist in coordinating outreach events (lunches, lectures) and

maintaining relationships with already established referral sources

• Knowledge of Google Ads and solid experience in management of significant AdWords accounts to assist our SEO/Adwords Team
