Administrative Assistant

Company : Canton Mancan Professional Staffing Agency is assisting a local Canton-based company in hiring a Temporary Administrative Assistant to cover a leave of absence lasting approximately 6-8 weeks.

Pay will be based on experience!

Duration : Temporary (6-8 weeks)

Shift : Monday to Friday, 8 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PM

Job Description :

We are seeking a Temporary Administrative Assistant to provide support during a leave of absence. The ideal candidate will be computer-savvy with an upbeat and positive personality.

Experience in a busy office setting is preferred, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities :

Perform administrative duties, including data entry, filing, and document preparation

Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner

Greet visitors and assist with inquiries

Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed

Assist with scheduling and coordination of meetings and appointments

Provide general support to staff as required

Requirements :

Proficiency with computers and office software (Microsoft Office Suite, email, internet)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Previous experience in an administrative role preferred
