Customer Service Representatives will be responsible for conducting outbound communication to customers throughout their buying experience. **Responsibilities**

* Customer Service Representatives will be responsible for conducting outbound communication to customers throughout their buying experience.

* Our customer service representatives are fully trained for the market, including:

* Sales greet customers; complete needs assessment; present pricing, explain financing options; complete paperwork, and engage in business development training

* Delivery explain features and demonstrate new/pre-owned operations

* Prospect follow-up with customers to encourage repeat and referral business

* Internet pursue new leads, meet dealership goals

**Requirements**

* Successful candidates must be able to work in-person at our Buford, GA location and possess the following requirements:

* Superior communication skills (both verbal and written)

* Ability to type 20 WPM and be computer literate

* Ability to focus in a fast-paced environment while wearing a headset, communicating with customers, and using a computer to type customer comments/requests

* Ability to sit for long period of time
