Working Hours/Days: Monday – Saturday
Full-time: 38-40 hours a week total. Mon-Fri from 9am–6pm, Saturday's from 7am-3pm(Flexible days off, Closed Sunday's)

Position is not available remotely. In Person Required.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and provide exceptional customer service
• Answer multi-line telephone, screen, and transfer calls take and relay messages
• Provide pricing information, total purchases, and collect payment
• Check MOGF Rentals in/out daily
• Maintain office documents properly and filing
• Maintain daily operations by following policies and procedures and reporting any situations or conditions that jeopardize the safety, welfare, or integrity of the dealership, its employees, or customers
• Keep work and customer areas clean
• Ensure that customers are happy and comfortable
• Other duties may be assigned

Qualifications:

• Previous clerical and customer service experience preferred
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Dependable and punctual
• Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• A positive attitude and professional, well-groomed appearance
• Valid driver’s license
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and be a current resident.
• Applicants must pass pre-employment testing including background checks, MVR, and drug screening.

Pay: $13.00 - $16.00 per hour
