As the pivotal leader of our organization, the General Manager is entrusted with steering the productivity and direction of the entire company. This role involves daily communication and coordination with all departments. As our General Manager, you will be tasked with ensuring optimal team performance to meet customer expectations, foster community engagement, and surpass financial objectives.

OBJECTIVES

• Oversee day to day operations of the entire company.
• Adhere to the company’s set of Core Values and hire, fire and train to those standards.
• Prepare weekly KPI reports for upper management.
• Ensure staff follow health and safety regulations.
• Ensure employees work productively and develop professionally.
• Oversee recruitment and training of new employees.
• Evaluate and improve operations and financial performance.
• Provide solutions to issues (e.g. profit decline, employee conflicts, loss of business to competitors).
• Enforce company processes and the handbook.
• Control company budgets and optimize expenses.
• Set goals for growth within the company.
• Train and mentor department heads to do their job to the best of their abilities.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree in Business preferred.
• 2 years of management experience preferred.
• 2 years of industry-related experience preferred.
• Maintain a clean driving and background record.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to spend prolonged periods of time standing, sitting, or walking.
• Ability to bend, climb, and/or withstand ranging outdoor temperatures.
