During eachshift, the General Manager motivates, directs and coaches colleagues to workproficiently at their assigned stations, and then follows-up to ensure tasksare completed in a timely manner, according to Jersey Mike’s procedures. The GeneralManager is responsible for supervising all team members including those underthe age of 18 years old. The General Manager will ensure the restaurant isprepared to meet the needs of guests and will work diligently to ensure each guestis satisfied with the service and products they receive. The GeneralManager supports the District Manager and is responsible for building sales andcontrolling costs by using all cost-control tools and processes.
