MalaceHR is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in a union automotive facility in Warren, MI (12/Mound).
- $19.00 an hour
- 1-2 month assignment
- 1st shift
This person will be doing the following:
- Filing for HR
- Filing for Finance
- Organizing
- Go through mail and file
- Move termination files to storage area
- Make orientation packets
- Make files
- Create medical files
- Assist with Scheduling hiring event and calling candidates for orientations.
