SUMMARY
Atelier Ace is the in-house creative studio that develops and operates Ace Hotel, Sister City, Maison de la Luz, and their partners and affiliates. The full-service studio is composed of multi-disciplinary thinkers, designers, architects, enthusiasts, optimists and friends — with some number folks to keep things upright. With a creative and operations team that understands the essence of our brands and products, Atelier Ace aims to create inspiring, cohesive and meaningful experiences for people.
The Hotel Manager manages the day-to-day hotel operations in keeping with all corporate and brand standards. They are also responsible for maximizing profitability as well as guest and team member satisfaction. Communicates with hotel owners and corporate offices, as required. Individual ensures the development and execution of strategic sales and marketing initiatives.

REQUIRED EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Four-year college degree required, preferably in hospitality management, business management, or related field. Preferred 5 years minimum experience showcasing successful track record in hotel operations and leadership. Hotel general management experience preferred. Must have a proven track record of successes in achieving revenue and service objectives. Proven ability to recruit, motivate and train a team of professionals.
