Admin Assistant This applicant must be a self-motivated person with skills in MS Office, Excel, QuickBooks, problem solver, and be detail orientated. Applicants will need to answer phones and take proper messages. Must be able to communicate verbally & in writing with customers and tenants effectively to solve problems. Will be required to interview applicants \ tenants, be able to do paperwork process for contracts for apartments.
Will be required to inspect apartments before tenants get and after tenants leave the apartments. Colleting rent & deposits, book keeping for each apartment & tenant. Scheduling repairs with contractors and tenants if needed.
