Responsibilities :

• Process and manage new client applications and paperwork with high accuracy.
• Act as the primary point of contact for account openings and servicing.
• Collaborate with the team to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
• Engage in continuous learning to stay abreast of industry trends.

Qualifications :

• Experience in financial services, banking, or insurance is preferred but not required.
• High attention to detail with strong numerical and paperwork management skills.
• Team player, reliable, and receptive to coaching.
• Highly motivated with a drive to assist others and achieve excellent results.
