Under the direction of the Accounts Payable Supervisor and Payroll Specialist, the Accounts Payable Assistant performs duties related to the Accounts Payable and Payroll functions. The Assistant is responsible for filing, matching invoices, and assisting in Payroll.
QUALIFICATIONS
· Good written and verbal communication skills
· Professional and organized
· Prefer at least one year experience in computer operations, clerical and ten-key input experience
· Must be a team player, able to work independently, and take direction well
