Job Summary:
Miller Glass, Inc. is looking for a skilled Accounts Payable clerk to be responsible for processing vendor/supplier invoices received for payment.

Duties:
- Process invoices and match them with confirmations and receiving documents
- Review invoices for accuracy and resolve any discrepancies
- Code invoices to the appropriate general ledger accounts
- Prepare and process check runs
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any outstanding issues
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date vendor records in the accounting system
- Respond to vendor inquiries in a timely manner

Key Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of financial concepts and accounting principles
- Proficiency in accounts payable processes and procedures
- Accurate data entry skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in using accounting software. Familiarity with Mainstreet Computers software a plus. Onsite software training available.

- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

- Ability to work well with vendors and customers
