**JOffice Assistant

We are looking for 2 Office Assistant. This position is an In-Office position part-time and full time The hours would be Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 4:00 pm.Qualifications:-

Must have

QuickBooks experience online and desktop. -

General accounting skills A/R, A/P.-

Must be able to prepare spreadsheets in MS Excel (including formulas, sorting, data entry, formatting).

Duties include but are not limited to:-

Enter purchase orders, bills, and invoices from vendors.-

General data entry.-Assist with general office work (entering, stamping, sorting, filing, processing mail). Answering phones, taking messages.-

Digital & paper document filing. -

Update all customer and vendor information.-

Communicate, both written & verbally with customers, vendors and co-workers and employees daily.-Prior experience utilizing Outlook for email in a work environment.- Must be self-motivated and possess excellent oral and written communication skills.- Professional work ethic and organized. -Willingness to learn new skills and systems.• Ability to work under pressure accurately.• A very organized and professional individual, with an understanding of confidentiality. • High School degree minimum. • A possible background check and drug testing may be requested. • Bilingual is a plus. • Compensation & Benefits: • Competitive pay • Medical insurance • Paid Holidays • Paid Vacation • 401 Kob Overview:**
