Position Overview:

Maü Miami is seeking a dedicated and efficient Busser to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization in the dining area, assisting servers, and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests. As a Busser, you will play a crucial role in supporting the front-of-house team and maintaining Maü Miami's high standards of service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clear tables promptly and efficiently, removing used dishes, glassware, and utensils.
• Reset tables with clean linens, silverware, and glassware in preparation for new guests.
• Assist servers in delivering food and beverages to tables as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area, including sweeping, mopping, and wiping down surfaces.
• Empty and clean trash receptacles regularly.
• Assist in stocking and replenishing supplies, such as napkins, condiments, and straws.
• Communicate effectively with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service.
• Provide assistance to guests as needed, such as refilling water glasses or answering questions about the menu.
• Work collaboratively with the front-of-house team to ensure a positive dining experience for all guests.
• Follow all health and safety guidelines to maintain a clean and safe working environment.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a busser or in a similar role preferred but not required.
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift and carry trays, and perform repetitive tasks.
