Are you passionate about ensuring compliance and delivering top-notch client service? M3 is seeking a dedicated Compliance Services Specialist to support our Compliance Attorneys and enhance our compliance offerings.

As a Compliance Services Specialist, you will play a critical role in developing, implementing, and maintaining workflow processes, documentation, and procedures for the compliance department. You will also organize and deliver educational opportunities for both M3 clients and staff.

How You Will Make an Impact

• Assist Compliance Attorneys with marketing compliance services and handling client inquiries.
• Support internal and external compliance education and marketing efforts.
• Coordinate client communications and deliverables.
• Manage 5500 filings and SPD creation services.
• Facilitate compliance inquiries and ensure timely updates for client deliverables.
• Plan and execute training workshops and seminars for clients and internal staff.

What You Will Need to Succeed

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or related field preferred; OR 5 years of Human Resources/Benefits management, employment law and/or paralegal experience and/or training; OR equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
• HR or benefits-related certification desired.
• Valid Driver’s license.
• Strong customer orientation, communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to travel to regional offices and compliance-related events.
