Your role as a Compliance Specialist

As a new Compliance Specialist at Oakbrook Corporation, your day-to-day responsibilities will involve conducting regular audits to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, investigating any compliance issues that arise, and providing feedback and support to onsite property managers. You will be tasked with staying up-to-date on industry regulations and best practices, as well as collaborating with various team members to streamline compliance processes. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
