M Shapiro is a leading MHC property management company headquartered in Farmington Hill, MI, managing 12,000 MHC lots in 104 MHCs on behalf of our clients. The National Sales Manager will work on selling homes in several MHC portfolios in multiple states owned by different M. Shapiro Clients.
Overview:
The Sales Manager is responsible for leading the sales team and ensuring that sales targets are met. They are responsible for setting and achieving aggressive sales goals, developing and implementing sales strategies, and building high-performing sales team members. The Sales Manager is accountable for pricing homes using NADA (National Automobile Dealers Association) guidelines, inventorying homes, and reporting on sales activities. The Sales Manager works closely with the management team to ensure that sales efforts are aligned with overall business objectives and is responsible for establishing and maintaining solid relationships with key clients. The Sales Manager is accountable for building standard operating procedures for applications, sales, and renewals and will train team members on these procedures both online and in person.
