Overview:
We are seeking a Loan Operations Manager, where you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our loan processes. You'll be responsible for various operational duties throughout the loan lifecycle, from pre-close to servicing. $65,000 to $85,000

Duluth, GA

Duties:

• Prepare and review in-house loan documents utilizing Laser Pro software, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Facilitate loan bookings accurately within Navigator, our Fiserv core system, to maintain precise loan records.
• Conduct audit reviews of loan input to verify data accuracy and completeness.
• Manage credit and collateral loan documentation files, ensuring all necessary documentation is obtained and maintained.
• Utilize Sageworks by Abrigo to set up and clear document tracking ticklers, reviewing reports regularly for accuracy.
• Assist in loan servicing activities, including research, problem resolution, and processing loan payoffs.
• Perform data entry tasks and maintain organized commercial and consumer loan files.
• Monitor loan processes to ensure adherence to bank lending policies and procedures.
• Confirm compliance with state and federal laws and regulations governing loan operations.
• Complete routine administrative, operational, and service support tasks efficiently and accurately.
• Collaborate with team members to develop and implement departmental policies and procedures, making modifications as necessary.
• Deliver services in a professional manner, prioritizing accuracy and efficiency at all times.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or related field preferred.
• Proven experience in loan operations or related financial services roles.
• Proficiency in using loan origination software such as Laser Pro and core banking systems like Navigator (Fiserv).
• Knowledge of state and federal regulations governing loan operations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and integrity in handling sensitive loan information.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
