Day in the life of a Staff Accountant:

As the Staff Accountant, you'll play a vital role within our team. Your days will encompass a diverse range of accounting responsibilities with a focus on accounts payable invoicing and facilitating payment processing. You will collaborate with other seasoned Staff Accountants to post revenues, manage accounts receivable, post month-end journal entries, conduct account reconciliations, and ensure the precise recording of all month-end transactions. You'll collaborate with various departments across the company, which will allow you to work on building strong relationships with them to promote collective growth.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Previous accounting experience
• Basic knowledge of GAAP
• Intermediate level Excel experience
• QuickBooks experience
• Self-starter who is motivated to learn and grow
• Must be agile and able to switch priorities at a moments notice
• Able to be flexible in scheduling, problem-solving, team collaboration, communication, and maintaining an open-minded attitude
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Is eager to foster excellent relationships with colleagues across business departments
• Able to work both independently as well as within a team
• Have fun!

Work Schedule: 

Your typical schedule would be on site at our HQs offices working business hours 5 days a week and will include some event weekends and/or nights as well.
