Job Overview:
Our client seeking a dynamic Outside Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships, and closing sales deals. The compensation is structured with a lower base salary but high commission opportunity, so for top performers the financial rewards are great.
Duties:
- Identify and target new business opportunities in the market
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet sales targets
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to develop effective sales strategies
- Utilize CRM software to track leads and sales progress
- Collaborate with the business development team to drive revenue growth
Skills:
- Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in construction or equipment sales
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively
- Proficiency in analyzing market data and identifying key trends
- Experience using CRM tools for managing customer relationships
