We are expanding and are looking for a friendly, outgoing, highly reliable person to join our team as Field Sales Representative.

Duties:

• Talk with people who have an interest in home standby generators. Meet with homeowners to gather needs, use provided tools to determine best product, and provide information to allow them to make an informed decision.
• Follow processes to collaborate with internal teams for smooth order processing, delivery, and customer satisfaction
• Communicate with customers throughout the project process to ensure understanding of scope and set realistic expectations
• Use CRM software to manage customer interactions and track activities
• Report to assigned locations as required by partnering agreement

• Interested in learning about electrical energy concepts (any level of electrical knowledge a plus)
• Spanish language skills a plus
• Sales background a plus

Availability:

• Some evenings required to meet with customers who have busy work schedules
• Saturdays required 10am to 2pm. No Sunday work is required.

Hourly pay during training, greatly augmented by commission with a minimum commitment of 10 hours per week. This position will have flexible hours but does require 10am to 2pm on Saturdays. Total compensation around $45/hr at minimal performance level with significant increase in earnings for a self starter.
