Pay Structure and What to Expect – Sales Manager (salary negotiable)

• 1099 Independent Contractor Performance based pay structure
• 50% Gross Profit after job is completed and office has received full payment
• project that was self-generated 4% % Company Overhead fee taken off total contract amount on each sold project that was lead provided from the office
• 2.5% Company Truck overhead fee taken off total contract amount on each sold project only applies if using company truck.
• Rep pays for gas on company vehicle company pays all other expenses and maintenance
• Weekly performance based draws (Pay day is every Wednesday direct deposit)

1. Contract or Contingency Agreement turned in = $100 each

2. Deposit check for project turned in = $250 each

• Monthly Bonuses 5 Tiers After hitting $42,000 sales Quota (Paid at first sales meeting of month) 1. $85,000 in monthly approved sales = $500 Bonus

2. $125,000 in monthly approved sales = $1000 Bonus

3. $175,000 in monthly approved sales = $1500 Bonus

4. $225,000 in monthly approved sales = $2000 Bonus

5. $300,000 in monthly approved sales = $2500 Bonus

• Kape will provide you with 2 polos and 1 hat. If you would like additional Kape clothing you can bring new or nice used clothing, hats, and jackets into us and we will pay for embroidery.
• Kape will provide you with business cards, email, CRM Access, Hail Recon account, roof strategist manager & Sales training, and all marketing material needed to be successful.
• Kape will pay for any necessary soliciting permits as needed.
• Desk and desktop computer will be provided for you at your corresponding sales office. If you are driving your own truck, it is required to have Kape standard truck vinyl graphics installed. (Kape will pay for any vehicle vinyl graphics installations and reinstalls on faded material)

Pay: $60,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
