We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Sales Associate. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales. Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits
- Process sales transactions accurately using electronic devices
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales events
- Meet or exceed sales goals on a regular basis
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure repeat business
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends
Requirements:
- Previous experience in retail sales is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Proficiency in Spanish is a plus
- Knowledge of retail math for handling cash transactions
- Ability to effectively sell products and upsell additional items
- Experience with jewelry sales or wireless sales is a bonus
- Familiarity with conducting product demonstrations is desirable
