Part-Time Graveyard Concierge Position
Position: Part-Time Graveyard Concierge
Schedule: Weekends and Graveyard Shifts Required
Hourly Pay: $19 - $21 per hour

Luxe Concierge is a leading provider of concierge services dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences. We are currently seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Part-Time Graveyard Concierge.
Responsibilities:
- Provide courteous and professional assistance to residents and visitors during the graveyard shift.
- Monitor security cameras and conduct regular patrols to ensure the safety and security of the premises.
- Handle resident inquiries, requests, and emergencies with efficiency and professionalism.
- Maintain accurate records of activities, incidents, and visitor logs.
- Ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of the concierge desk and surrounding areas.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer service or concierge role preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations.
- Flexibility to work weekends and overnight shifts.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
