Job Description

Maintain the amenity spaces/open and close amenity spaces

• Spas/Lobby – Clean and straighten furniture, water stations, refill soaps and shampoos in the spa showers (continuously throughout shift)
• Fitness Center – Rack all weights, equipment, mats, balls, clean up any trash/litter, set TVs to appropriate channels, manage music (continuously throughout shift)
• Pool – Align all lounge chairs, tables, chairs, umbrellas, pick up any trash/litter, manage music (continuously throughout shift)
• Package Room Management – Place all packages in Lockers, send back any undeliverable packages, door deliver packages when needed (continuously throughout shift)

Assist residents with any needs

• Neighborhood recommendations
• Move in orientations
• Valet Dry Cleaning
• Package delivery
• Food delivery
• Take work orders/service requests
• Provide contact information for community and support teams
  • Rent Team, Renewal Team, Service Requests, etc.

Assist the office

• Deliver notices
• Manage resident events
• Greet tours
• Report any issues or items to the office

Qualifications

• 1 years customer service experience
• Experience in concierge, property management, or hospitality preferred

• Expected pay rate of $20.00-$22.00. You will be provided a pay rate that is in line with your skills and experience as they relate to the requirements of the job.
