About Us—Lutheran Social Services of North Florida, Inc. d/b/a KidSafe is a not-for-profit corporation that works collaboratively with partner agencies to distribute new high quality child safety seats to protect children living in families with low incomes.

KidSafe is seeking a detail-oriented and efficient person to be the assistant to the Executive Director in support of our community partners in providing adequate safety seats to families with low incomes. The ideal candidate will be adept at multi-tasking, have a positive attitude, and be willing to learn and grow with us!

Part-Time Position—4-5 hours per week.

Qualifications

· The ideal candidate will be adept at multi-tasking, possess strong organizational skills, have a positive attitude, and be willing to learn and grow with us.

· Strong communication skills, ability to communicate professionally.

· Confidence to share ideas and constructive criticism to help us grow.

· Basic understanding of budget management.

· Basic experience using the Microsoft Office Suite.

· Knowledge of website and social media etiquette and function.

Responsibilities

· Part-Time Position—flexible 4-5 hours per week, with potential to expand into the role of Executive Director at 20 hours per week.

· This role will report to the Executive Director.

· Supporting Executive Director with safety seat requests, inventory, marketing via website and social media, fundraising coordination, and donations management.

Benefits

· Pay: $15.00-$18.00 per hour, commensurate with experience.

· Expected hours: 4-5 hours per week, with flexibility.
