Job Description:

• ITIL certified and Hands-on Experience of ServiceNow implementation from scratch
• Well versed with ServiceNow scripting
• Service now implementation experience in ITSM, ITAM, ITOM & ITBM modules.

• hands-on implementation with SPM
• experience in AngularJS / bootstrap / ServicePortal
• Done Integrations with 3rd party tools using (web services, SOAP/REST, email, MID, etc ) e.g. SCCM, SCOM, Solarwinds
• Good Communication skills
• well versed with onshore-offshore model
