Description

We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to join our growing Pharmaceutical Software company. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients and ensure their satisfaction with our products and services. You will serve as the main point of contact for our customers, acting as the liaison through the implementation process, providing them with additional product and service recommendations, and monitoring their data usages. If you are a motivated self-starter with a passion for building relationships and meeting sales targets, this is the perfect role for you!


Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for our customers, acting as the liaison through the implementation process, providing them with additional product and service recommendations, and monitoring their data usages.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed our targets.
  • Actively assess current clients for opportunities to expand product and service offerings
  • Manage contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring all details are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Participate in meetings with clients on a regular basis to understand their current and future needs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g. product, marketing, customer service) to ensure the best possible customer experience.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to clients.
  • Travel to visit with key clients as necessary to meet revenue objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, sales, marketing or a related field.
  • Proven track record of successful sales and account management experience, preferably in the software or pharmaceutical industry.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  • High level of professionalism and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven.
  • Detail-oriented, with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and any CRM software
