We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to join our growing Pharmaceutical Software company. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients and ensure their satisfaction with our products and services. You will serve as the main point of contact for our customers, acting as the liaison through the implementation process, providing them with additional product and service recommendations, and monitoring their data usages.
