Job description
LSI Staffing has an opening for a Customer Service / Shipping & Receiving Clerk hybrid role at our warehouse in Blue Springs, Missouri! Apply online at www.lsistaffing.com, select the Independence, MO office to discuss more.
Duties
- Daily clear and prompt communication with upper management at warehouse
- Processing billing and invoicing
- Manage shipping and receiving within warehouse's system
- Working with customers and internal staff to resolve issues with billing, invoicing, shipping, and receiving
- Other duties as assigned
Shift: Monday - Thursday 7am to 5pm, possibly overtime on Fridays
Wage: $19.50/hour
Requirements:
- 3 years of recent customer service experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Outstanding computer and data entry skills, with proficiency with Microsoft programs
- Manhattan and SAP experience desired
- Must be willing to submit to a post-offer drug screening and background check
