SUMMARY: The Behavioral Health Navigator is a full-time position reporting to the Behavioral Health Manager. The ideal candidate is an organized, collaborative professional with strong planning and administrative skills. Experience and knowledge of behavioral health in an integrated setting is preferred. The BH Navigator will process all referrals for clinical counseling and psychiatry.
