Lower Lights Christian Health Center (LLCHC) transforms the overall health of Central Ohio, serving one individual at a time. We are focused on whole-person wellness, available to ALL in Central Ohio who need it, regardless of ability to pay! In 2019 alone, we served over 12,000 patients - with 40% being uninsured - and totaled 50,000 medical encounters!
Operating out of seven locations, we offer medical care (primary care, dental, vision, OB/GYN, telehealth), behavioral health care, 340B pharmacy, nutritional assistance programs, and more. Working hours are Monday - Friday with occasional Saturday morning coverage.
We are seeking a Chief Medical Officer who will be responsible for the supervision and evaluation of medical practitioners; scheduling practitioners and insuring coverage for patients; and maintaining quality of medical care and for quality assessment.

ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supervision of physicians and clinical staff
- Patient care (8-12 hours)
- Clinical Protocol Development / Health Care Plan
- Clinical Computer Development
- Maintains and insures continuing linkages with secondary and tertiary care resources including consultants and clinical subcontracts.
- Encourages team approach to patient care needs by cooperating with other staff in implementing holistic approach to health care.
- Helps to set and monitor budget with CEO and CFO for medical programs.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- M.D. Or D.O. Degree
- Appropriate Board Certification or eligibility
- Ohio Medical License
- Current staff privileges at a local hospital
