Are you a dedicated Physician Assistant with a passion for providing comprehensive care across all ages and a specialized focus on addiction treatment? We're seeking a dynamic individual to join our team at Third Street Family Health Services! As a key member of our healthcare family, you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our diverse patient population while working in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide primary care services to patients of all ages, including preventive care, acute care, and chronic disease management.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for patients with addiction issues, including substance abuse and behavioral addictions.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care and support holistic treatment approaches for patients with complex medical and behavioral health needs.
  • Offer evidence-based addiction treatment interventions, including medication-assisted treatment (MAT), counseling, and referrals to specialty addiction services.
  • Educate patients and families about addiction prevention, treatment options, and resources available for recovery support.

Requirements

Qualifications

  • Current Ohio Physician Assistant License
  • Board Certified or provide letter indicating qualification to sit for certification with expectation of obtaining certification within one year.
  • Prefer 3 plus years of experience in family medicine and/or addiction treatment.
