The Los Angeles Firemen's Relief Association, a benevolent organization caring for LA City Firefighters and their families, is currently seeking an Executive Assistant.
Our ideal candidate is a proactive professional with excellent communication skills, detail-oriented, and has the ability to provide administrative and operational support to our management team. The Executive Assistant position provides administrative support to the President, Executive Director, and the Board of Trustees.
The Executive Assistant position requires excellent judgment, interpersonal skills, and the ability to maintain a high degree of discretion in all communications. This position must be able to communicate professionally with Board members, other executives, and staff at all organizational levels, reacting effectively with an ability to prioritize appropriately. The position will also be responsible for managing calendars, coordinating meetings and travel arrangements, preparing reports, agendas, and presentations, and performing various administrative tasks as needed.

Salary Range:
The hiring range for this position is $65,000 to $72,000 per year.
The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate's job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
Time Commitment:
A 9/80 work schedule with every other Friday off. Occasional overtime and offsite work as necessary. Supervisor will create final schedule.
