GQR is Hiring a Senior Compensation Analyst Near Wilmington, DE

Position Summary:

As a Senior Compensation Analyst/Compensation Business Partner , you will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and managing compensation strategies that align with our business objectives. You will leverage your expertise in compensation practices to drive performance, attract top talent, and ensure fairness and competitiveness in pay structures.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Director of Total Rewards on job architecture project
  • Partner with clients to understand their business goals and design tailored compensation strategies that support those objectives.
  • Conduct comprehensive compensation analysis, including market benchmarking, to provide data-driven insights and recommendations.
  • Develop and implement innovative compensation programs, including base pay, incentives, and benefits packages, to attract and retain key talent.
  • Advise clients on best practices, trends, and regulatory requirements related to compensation.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as HR, finance, and legal, to ensure alignment and compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Provide guidance and support on compensation-related matters, including salary reviews, job evaluations, and bonus structures.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on compensation-related inquiries, addressing client needs and providing strategic solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CCP, SHRM-SCP) preferred.
  • Proven experience 6 in compensation analysis, design, and implementation, preferably within a consulting or advisory capacity.
  • In-depth knowledge of compensation methodologies, market trends, and regulatory requirements.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple projects concurrently.
