The Biden For President Campaign is seeking a Senior Paid Media Data Analyst to join the Analytics team. The Analyst will assist with tracking, analysis, reporting, and other program-specific data needs. 

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and synthesize large quantities of data with an emphasis on paid media programmatic recommendations
• Actively participate in all phases of the analysis & reporting pipeline: problem scoping, ETL/data cleaning, analysis and testing, developing reports and dashboards, and presenting recommendations.
• Work with a cohesive team to execute projects with accuracy, attention to detail, and timeliness.
• Collaborate with data analysts and data engineers to produce deliverables.

• 2 year of experience applying data and analytics tools in a political, business, or non-profit setting
• 2 year using SQL professionally
• Experience working with digital advertising program or data and television data
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new skills and platforms used by other team members
• A track record of prioritizing projects with the ability to be self-directed
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• A desire to thrive in a fast-paced work environment and implement creative solutions to unique problems

• Experience with digital competitiveness data
• A technical skill set that includes familiarity or proficiency in a variety of programming languages/software such as (but not limited to) MS Excel, Google Suite, Python, QGIS and R
• Experience volunteering or working in politics
