The Biden for President Campaign is seeking a Fundraising Senior Analyst to optimize the Biden Campaign’s use of digital technologies and traditional outreach methods for voter communications, engagement, and fundraising. The person will work collaboratively with the Digital and Finance teams to implement and execute the program. This position reports directly to the Fundraising Analytics Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with Digital stakeholders to maximize fundraising revenue through optimization and segmentation. Have a clear understanding of other campaign goals (volunteer engagement) and make recommendations that take into account tradeoffs across programs. 
• Produce reports and dashboards, and present recommendations to guide strategy.
• Actively participate in all phases of the analysis & reporting pipeline: problem scoping, ETL/data cleaning, analysis and testing, developing reports and dashboards, and presenting recommendations.
• Scope and oversee any improvements or updates to the digital reporting pipelines and core tables, working closely with the Fundraising Data Engineer and Fundraising Analytics Lead. 

• 3 year of experience applying data and analytics tools in a political, business, or non-profit setting
• 3 year using SQL professionally
• Familiarity with statistical methods in service of real-world business challenges preferably in marketing analytics (ROI analysis, A/B testing, pricing or promotions, customer targeting, etc.) 
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new skills and platforms used by other team members
• A track record of prioritizing projects with the ability to be self-directed
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• A desire to thrive in a fast-paced work environment and implement creative solutions to unique problems

• Experience using dbt.
• Experience with common Fundraising Analytics tools and platforms such as NGP, ActBlue, and Action Network. 
• Experience with experimental design and power calculations.
• Experience volunteering or working in politics.
