London Approach is Hiring a Customer Service Representative Near Bensalem, PA
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Bensalem, PA. As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers have a positive experience and receive the support they need.
Compensation: $50,000 - $60,000 annually plus discretionary bonus
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information about our products, services, policies, and promotions.
- Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and resolving order-related issues.
- Listen actively to customer concerns and address them effectively, aiming for first-call resolution.
- Troubleshoot technical problems and provide step-by-step instructions for resolving common issues.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues and escalations.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products based on customer needs.
- Follow company guidelines for handling returns, exchanges, and refunds.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed assistance.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance customer service skills.
- Contribute to the improvement of customer service processes by providing feedback and suggestions.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a customer service role
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Patience and empathy when dealing with customer concerns
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with using customer service software and databases is beneficial
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel)
