Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, addressing their inquiries, and resolving any issues they may have.
Responsibilities:
- The customer service representative is responsible for accurate order entry, processing, scheduling and dispatching jobs to/from customer and service technicians.
- Possess outstanding ability to communicate via the telephone, mobile phones, and email while processing both customer and technician's information.
- Works to resolve customer and technician's issues
Requirements:
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Proven experience in customer service or related field
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficient in using computer systems and software applications
