Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. This role requires managing a wide range of customer interactions and ensuring a high level of satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in a professional, customer-oriented environment and be able to juggle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining a positive and professional attitude at all times.

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries through phone calls and email.

• Efficiently manage customer complaints, processing orders, and modifications with a keen eye for detail.

• Master our product offerings to provide knowledgeable support and advice to customers.

• Maintain comprehensive records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.

• Collaborate effectively with team members to enhance service and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Associate's degree or higher in a relevant field.

• 3-5 years of experience in a professional environment, ideally within manufacturing, though not required.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.

• Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel (basic to intermediate level).

• Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems is preferred.
