This is a great opportunity for any driven self-starter with customer service, telemarketing, or sales experience.
This role will include ongoing training and mentoring, but candidates with a demonstrated record of improving customer experience, successfully pursuing sales goals, and/or delivering excellent service are strongly preferred. We're looking for someone who will represent our company and brand in a way that will foster customer relationships that last for decades.
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering quality customer service via telephone and email
- Fielding inbound customer calls
- Outbound calls to new and existing customers
- Assisting customers with any issues or questions that may arise
- Service and sales growth of customer accounts
- Obtaining new customer accounts
- Prospecting and generating new leads
- Professional and friendly telephone skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Basic computer skills
- Positive attitude and a goal-oriented will to succeed
- Three or more years of customer service, making outbound calls, telemarketing, inside sales, or account management experience
- A track record of success in a telephone-based customer service or sales role
- Experience with MS Office Suite
- Experience with Sage100 preferred
- Bilingual: English/Spanish
- Hours: Full time 9:00am - 5:30pm
